Due to COVID-19 restrictions endorsed by Australian Government, NSW, currently, we are delivering telephone and online Consulting & Counselling Services. Face to face service will be provided once the COVID-19 restrictions uplifted and the location is opened. Booking is required for face-to-face services.
How are we safe in business?
- Education Consultant and Counsellor has already been vaccinated with double dose Pfizer Vaccine against covid -19.
- Business has already been registered with Service NSW and has got QR CODE to scan at the time of client’s entry in the business counselling or consulting room or premises.
- The double entry of registration will be maintained for safe business purpose: QR Code Scanning and the registration. This will also help to maintain covid safe plan if in case someone is missed to scan the QR CODE.
For client’s information about face to face service
- Office location will be opened when COVID-restrictions uplifted.
- Face to face consulting & counselling services will be delivered once Covid restrictions uplifted by the Government and the business premises is ready to open.
- For face to face counselling or consulting service, booking is required.
- Regarding COVID-19 health requirements, we are following the Government’s rules and we will update, accordingly.
- Regarding client-care, we care their safety and abide the Government’s COVID- 19 rules and we also expect each of them will follow it when they choose to receive our face to face service with us.
